Abuna means: The Patriarch, or head of the Abyssinian Church.
Acarina means: The group of Arachnida which includes the mites and ticks. Many species are parasitic, and cause diseases like the itch and mange.
Achatina means: A genus of land snails, often large, common in the warm parts of America and Africa.
Alcanna means: An oriental shrub (Lawsonia inermis) from which henna is obtained.
